Pastor Ralph F. Petty is the Founder, Senior Pastor, and President of the City of Refuge Christian Church located in St. Louis, Missouri.
Pastor Petty's roots are in St. Louis. A loving family and host of close friends reared him. He was educated, and graduated from the St. Louis Public School System. He continued his education at Bishop's College in Dallas, Texas, Bryan Institute and Florissant Valley Community College, both located in St. Louis, Missouri.
Pastor Petty has been blessed to serve in various capacities for many of God's greatest leaders and churches across the country such as: Associate Minister, Youth Minister, Youth Pastor, Church Administrator, Assistant Pastor, Ecclesiastical Administrator, and Senior Pastor.

In response to the Apostolic call on his life to minister healing and restoration to God's people, Pastor Petty founded the City of Refuge Christian Church on January 2, 2000.
His motto is: "No matter what road in life you're on, there is Refuge in the City."
